Prize Redemption

Option 1: The free pet wagon may be collected from Yappy Pets HQ unless a courier option is selected.

Option 2: For courier delivery, a $10 fee applies. Payment can be made via the provided payment code on the form here.
Delivery is limited to Singapore addresses only.
Refund Policy: If a customer has already paid for courier delivery and the pet wagon runs out of stock, the courier fee will be fully refunded.

To redeem the free pet wagon, eligible participants must submit proof of purchase and complete details by filling out this form here.

Limitations

Limited to one (1) free pet wagon per customer.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

Loveabowl reserves the right to verify the validity of purchases and disqualify any entries that do not meet the criteria.
In the event of any disputes, Loveabowl’s decision is final, conclusive, and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained
Loveabowl reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
Loveabowl reserves the right to replace the free pet wagon with any other items of similar value without giving prior notice. Pet wagon images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Pet wagon colour and model is subject to availability.
